Rain Policy:
We want you to be absolutely sure that your trip to Magic Waters will be filled with "Waves of Fun!" Hang on to your tickets and receipt. If we have to close for the day due to inclement weather, your ticket will be valid for a complimentary return visit any time during the 2011 season.

Outside Food Policy:
Families: One cooler/food container per family will be allowed into the waterpark. Complimentary coolers/food containers must be brought into the park on your first entrance. All food items must be placed inside the container. Leaving the park and re-entering with additional coolers/food containers is not permitted. Additional containers may be brought into the park for $10 per cooler/container at any point during your visit.) Coolers/food containers must be 48 qt or smaller.

Only season pass holders will be allowed to bring in individual lunch bags.

Groups: A groups’ size determines the total number of coolers/food containers permitted into the park upon the first entrance.
  • Two containers for groups up to 25
  • One additional container for every 15 after that

Additional containers may be brought into the park for $10 per cooler/container.
Coolers/food containers must be 48 qt or smaller.

Also feel free to enjoy our Luau Lane Tailgate areas located in the south parking lot.


  • Appropriate bathing suits are required for guests using attractions in the waterpark. You must wear a lined swimsuit. No street clothes, cut-offs, athletic clothing or "thong" bikinis are allowed. In addition, swim wear with buttons, snaps, rivets or zippers is not allowed. Aqua-socks are allowed in the wavepool, Splash Magic River, Splash Magic Island and the Little Lagoon.
  • Glass containers, knives, alcohol and BBQ grills are prohibited.
  • Tents, canopies, or umbrellas are not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed in the waterpark.
  • Only factory sealed beverages are allowed in the park.
  • Cameras are not allowed in the bathhouses.
  • Pool safety rules are strictly enforced. Children age 9 and under, must always be under the direct supervision of a swimming guardian who is age 16 or older. Guardians must be within an arm's reach of the child(ren) at all times.
  • To provide our guests with a high degree of health safety, all children age three and under must wear tightly fitting reusable plastic swim pants whether or not they are toilet-trained. A simple plastic pant is available free of charge with a paid admission, or swim pants in a variety of prints and patterns are available for purchase. (Note: Commercial swim diapers such as Huggie's Little Swimmers are not acceptable without the tightly fitting reusable plastic swim pants worn over the top of them.)
  • Some rides are subject to height and weight restrictions.
